Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, not heavily used, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send any items back without first requesting and receiving approval for the return. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

In rare cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear photo or video evidence so we can review the issue and resolve it quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your request, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Refunds are only issued after inspection and approval of the claim.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
